This month, for our global culinary tour dinner with friends, we traveled to Lebanon, where our chef, Tony, a native of Lebanon, prepared traditional dishes including Beef Kafta, Falafel, and cilantro potatoes, accompanied by fresh hummus, garlic sauce, and concluding with Baklava for dessert, which was utterly delectable and left us wanting more.
