This month, our Dinner with Friends gathering took on a distinctly Moroccan flair. The evening's culinary journey began with Harira soup, a hearty tomato-based starter. The main course, Chicken Tagine with Apricots, was served to perfection atop a bed of Couscous. Dessert was a masterful blend of Moroccan spiced oranges and French vanilla ice cream, complemented by a date. The atmosphere was further enriched by the lilting strains of Moroccan music, under which dinner was served by the soft light of lanterns, making for a truly convivial evening that strengthened bonds of friendship and family.
