Creating a personal transformation isn't a straight line. There are forks in the road. Bumps in the road. Pitfalls in the road.

You can't create a weight loss transformation without working on a mental and emotional transformation as well.

It is two steps forward and one step back. Then maybe stopping for a minute before the next two steps.
