Tips for shoveling snow
● Warm up
● Don’t let the snow pile up
● Pick the right shovel
● Push, don’t throw
● Bend your knees
● Take a break if needed
● Take it slow
● Cool down

Boy oh boy, the Canal is open and Dr. Bourgaize and Eleanor were there with half of Ottawa. We are so lucky to have the Canal for winter recreation with fresh air, good exercise and lots of spirit.
