At Amped Physiotherapy, all of our registered physiotherapists are trained in dry needling, and we have two GunnIMS certified (CGIMS) physiotherapists.

After a comprehensive assessment of your body and its movement, your physiotherapist will create a plan of care to help you achieve your goals.

Dry needling and GunnIMS can be an important component of this treatment plan! Needling can be an effective tool in the treatment of acute and chronic injuries, or as part of a holistic approach to improving your movement quality and efficiency in the effort of injury prevention.

Today marks a significant day for Amped Physiotherapy, and for our owner and clinical leader, Jordan Burgess.

Each of the registered physiotherapists at Amped Physiotherapy have found their way to the clinic for one reason - Jordy's reputation for innovative clinical reasoning and his program of clinical mentoring.

Jordy has taken the clinical reasoning concepts he has refined and taught at Amped Physiotherapy, and developed a professional development course for registered physiotherapists - Looking Through the Neurolens: Seeing the Nervous System in MSK Differential Diagnosis.

With the completion of his inaugural course weekend, held at Amped Physiotherapy this weekend, Jordan is officially taking his clinical mentoring on the road! Congratulations Jordy!
