Modo hot yoga is a unique yoga series that combines the precision of therapeutic yoga and the foundations of traditional yoga in a specially heated room. The series is a cardiovascular workout that strengthens, tones and loosens the muscles, while calming the mind and reducing stress. The 'hot' in hot yoga allows for deep, safe stretching and promotes detoxification of the skin, blood and muscles through sweat. Helen’s passion for movement began in childhood through dance, evolving into a lifelong journey in fitness, Pilates, yoga, and bodywork.

With over 20 years of experience and training, including STOTT Pilates, the Gravity system, and yoga, she is also the founder of SALT (Suspension Aerial Lifting Techniques), a method designed to build mobility and strength.

Her classes focus on cultivating strength, tone, and flexibility, while encouraging alignment, breath awareness, and stillness.

With a background in mental health, Helen thoughtfully weaves mindfulness and emotional awareness into her teaching, supporting each student’s overall well-being.

Her goal is to create a welcoming space where people feel empowered, grounded, and connected.
