Thank you to everyone who came out and enjoyed the information session on Stroke last evening. We are happy to provide information and discussion regarding various topics that we all come across in our own or a loved ones lives. We hope to continue to support the community and surrounding area in many ways. With the support of the MCA we will continue to provide these information sessions on various topics.

Candace Reaney completed training and is ready to help you with your stretching. 30 minute sessions to stretch you and/or to help you learn to stretch yourself will be offered.
