Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning duties according to the established standards and procedures.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and inform the supervisor of any shortages.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or inquiries promptly and courteously.
Requirements:
Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Must have reliable transportation; possessing a valid driver's license is preferred.
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, kneeling, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Background check required.
