Easy Nourish Bowl
Step 1: Start off with a base of leaf greens
Spinach
Kale
Lettuce
Step 2: Top with variety of veggies, protein, carbs + healthy fats
VEGGIES: carrots, cucumber, cabbage, zucchini, beets, mushrooms, peppers, radish
PROTEIN: tofu, eggs, fish and quality meat (chicken, turkey, beef, etc.)
WHOLE FOOD CARBS: sweet potatoes, quinoa, rice, corn, squash, whole grains, wild rice, beans, peas
HEALTHY FATS: avocado, nuts, seeds, olives, olive oil, tahini, salmon
Step 3: Finish it off with Add-Ons
Homemade or quality store-bought dressings or sauces, fresh lemon juice, herbs, favourites spices or seasonings
