A funeral needs to also provide the environment for those who are grieving to share their loss and to begin to heal. At Tubman, we guide you and counsel you to meet your needs and we know that the choices you make at this time are very important to your emotional and psychological well-being. At Tubman we not only provide the funeral service at the time of need. We are totally committed to your well-being and provide planning and counsel prior to a death and consultation with our post service care coordinator. Throughout the year there are regular bereavement seminars, informative sessions (questions to ask, help for the executor, etc.) and Holiday Help (strategies for coping with the holidays as well as a memorial tribute). Our care for your family does not end when the funeral is over. We will help you in your grief journey.

Yesterday evening, team Tubman volunteered their time at the Carp Fair Drive-In Bingo.

We will also be there next week, August 6th for the Benefit Bingo in support of Kyle and Sophie Rivington. Come say hello at the canteen, it opens at 5:30 p.m. and Bingo starts at 7!

Our hearts are full after a lovely evening spent celebrating 100 years of Tubman Funeral Homes. Thank you to each and everyone one of you came out to share this moment with us. Thank you to our sister funeral homes Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home and Maisons Funéraires Cadieux for taking the time to be there. Also a huge thank you to Grief Recovery for the touching words, as well as Talisman Flowers, The Balloons Lady , Biagio's Kitchen + Catering , and Hello Dolly Pastries for helping make the evening so memorable. We couldn't do it without you all!
