Stay warm this winter — and help someone else do the same.

Through our Buy One, Give One Winter Tuque campaign, your purchase does more than prepare you for the cold. For every tuque you buy, one is gifted to someone in our community who needs it most.

Each tuque is embroidered by men in Harvest House’s recovery program as they build practical skills, confidence, and purpose along their journey. It’s more than winter wear — it’s an opportunity for growth, dignity, and connection.

Your support helps:
• Provide warmth during the coldest months
• Encourage skill-building and job readiness
• Support recovery through meaningful work
• Share hope within our community

Hearing directly from students reminds us why prevention and education matter.

Through our VIP Program, Harvest House team members share real-life experiences with youth, opening honest conversations about substance use, recovery, and the choices young people face every day.

💬 “Your story really changed my view on drug use and how there are always two sides to every story.”
💬 “Your stories were incredibly eye-opening. I didn’t know how common substance abuse really is.”
💬 “This was a great way to inform people that even in tough times there are options.”

We’re grateful for the opportunity to connect with the next generation and help them better understand that support, hope, and recovery are always possible.

Through faith, you didn’t just leave your past behind , you stepped into the life God has planned for you.
Each new day brings healing, purpose, and the strength to keep moving forward.

Recovery doesn’t grow in chaos - it grows in structure, stability, and care.

At Harvest House, men rebuild their lives one routine at a time. A safe place to live. Clear expectations. Meaningful responsibility. These small, steady rhythms restore confidence and create real change.

Your support makes this possible.
Give today and help provide the structure someone needs to keep moving forward - one day at a time.

The Coldest Night of the Year is coming up on Saturday, February 28 — raising awareness and support for individuals in our community experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness.

At Harvest House, we see firsthand how critical compassion, stability, and community support are for those working toward recovery and rebuilding their lives. Events like this help shine a light on the challenges many continue to face, and the importance of walking alongside one another in hope.

Happy Family Day!

Today we celebrate the strength of family in all its forms - the ones we’re born into and the ones we grow with along the journey of life.

At Harvest House Ministries, family has always been at the heart of what we do. For over 40 years, our mission has been to support men on the path to lasting recovery - helping them rebuild not just their lives, but their relationships, self-worth, and sense of belonging. When someone finds hope and healing, their whole family feels the impact - Mom, Dad, siblings, children, and the community around them.

This Family Day, we’re reminded that:
✨ Healing happens together
✨ Support creates connection
✨ Second chances bring loved ones closer

We’re grateful for every family that has walked through our doors, every supporter who believes in new beginnings, and every healing story that reminds us, no one should walk alone.

From our Harvest House family to yours - may your day be filled with love, laughter, and connection.

📚 Happy International Education Day!

Education has the power to restore confidence, open doors, and change the direction of a life - especially for men rebuilding after addiction.

At Harvest House, learning has long been part of recovery. For nearly two decades, residents have had the opportunity to earn their high school equivalency while gaining stability and structure in our program. When Canada transitioned from the GED to the new Canadian Adult Education Credential (CAEC), Harvest House residents became the first in Canada to write the new CAEC exams.

This achievement reflects determination, resilience, and the belief that growth doesn’t stop because of past struggles. Education builds confidence, opportunity, and momentum toward a healthier future and today we celebrate the men who continue choosing to move forward.
