Rock Out 4 Jack has been graciously invited to participate in the Expo as an Exhibitor.
As a result, we have been given 10 complimentary passes for up to a family of 4.

Please note that the passes are only valid on Sunday, with entry to the Expo between the hours of 12pm & 4pm.

A wonderful friend & supporter, Kay, will be sewing jersey name bars this year, with 50% of proceeds being donated to Rock Out 4 Jack❤️

From Kay:
Name bars (or sponsorship bars) are $5 each for house league jerseys or $7 each for competitive jersey name bars and $5 for competitive jersey sponsorship bars (only because the name bars take more time- subject to me having the time to take them on. 🙂. ). Teams of 10 or more pairs of jerseys will receive a discount of 20%.

A couple of things
-Jerseys must be clean. If you’ve smelled a dressing room after a game- imagine my sewing room full of stinky jerseys for days on end. Thank you.
-please allow 3-4 days for your name bars to be sewn on. I’m often faster than that but a little time is always appreciated. If you have a tight timeframe, I’ll try my best to fit you in.
- For teams, I just need a list of the last name of the player and corresponding number. I can do all of the matching.
-Name bars are sewn with ease of removal and no damage to jersey in mind

I am also able to make repairs to hockey equipment (as long as I am not sewing through thick pads) and garments

Just imagine a world full of Molly Penny’s❤️

She touched so many lives…children and children-at heart.

I really hope that CHEO dedicates a part of the hospital in honour and memory of Ruth🙏

We’re deeply saddened by the passing of Ruth Cull, who spent more than two decades at CHEO, bringing joy and comfort to children and youth as the therapeutic clown, Molly Penny.

As Molly Penny, Ruth supported families through difficult times with compassion, humour, and heart. Her presence was a source of strength and joy for many, and her legacy lives on in the hearts of all she touched.

Nous sommes profondément attristés par le décès de Ruth Cull, qui a passé plus de deux décennies au CHEO, apportant joie et réconfort aux enfants et aux jeunes en tant que clown thérapeutique, Molly Penny.

We’re so excited to share that the Carp Agricultural Society has graciously invited Rock Out 4 Jack to join next week’s Carp Fair as an exhibitor — “The Best Little Fair in Canada”! 🎡🎸

To make it a success, we’re on the lookout for some amazing volunteers 🙏

Whether you can help with setup, take-down, or lending a hand at the booth during fair hours, your time and energy will mean so much to Jack and our family.

📅 Fair Hours:
👉 Thursday, Sept. 25: 6pm – 11pm 
(Setup begins at 10am)
👉 Friday, Sept. 26: 9am – 11pm
👉 Saturday, Sept. 27: 9am – 11pm
👉 Sunday, Sept. 28: 9am – 6pm
(Teardown begins at 6pm)

💡 High School students — this is a perfect opportunity to add some community hours while being part of something meaningful. Come join TEAM JACK! 💛

🎂💙 Today, We Celebrate a Miracle 💙🎂

Happy 16th Birthday, Jack.

We don’t take this day for granted.
Jack wasn’t supposed to make it this far.
And yet — here he is.

Born with multiple life-limiting conditions, Jack has faced overwhelming odds since day one:
CHARGE Syndrome, severe autism, epilepsy, tracheostomy and tube feeding, over 20 surgeries, 2+ years admitted to CHEO, and a need for 24/7 nursing care. At one point, Jack was having more than 100 seizures a day.

There were many moments when we didn’t know if we’d get to see another birthday…
But today, we do.
And that is everything.

Jack is still here. Still fighting. Still shining.
And we are so lucky to call him our hero❤️

To everyone who’s stood with us — through Jack’s surgeries, hospital stays, sleepless nights, and mini-miracles — thank you.
You are part of this miracle, too.

💬 Greg & Jack’s Story

Greg is a loving father, currently battling aggressive cancer. His son Jack, born with CHARGE Syndrome, lives with multiple life-limiting conditions and requires 24/7 care, including a tracheostomy, feeding tube, and nursing support.

Despite overwhelming challenges, this family remains full of love, courage, and hope. With no private insurance, the cost of Jack’s life-saving care is immense—and that’s where you come in.

Your participation—through bottles, time, sharing, or donations—makes a real impact on Jack’s life and his future.
