Have you ever tried Pears Hélène?

It’s one of those simple but elegant desserts — tender pears, creamy vanilla ice cream, and warm chocolate sauce poured on top. So classic.

It was actually created in the 1800s by Chef Auguste Escoffier and named after an operetta called La belle Hélène. Over time, it became easier to make at home (hello canned pears 🙌), which makes it perfect for a quick but impressive treat.
