I am pleased to share that I've completed the Foot and Ankle Specialization through the Gray Institute. This course was enlightening in that it solidified my knowledge of chain reaction biomechanics. I learned some new information on applied functional science, transformational and buffer zones, functional tweakology, and functional manual reaction. Tamara enjoyed the four-day Craniosacral course she attended with the Upledger Institute in early September in Ottawa. It was a superb class that emphasized that light, specific, hands-on treatment can profoundly affect the body.

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on treatment for the craniosacral system (head to the pelvis). Treatment results include deep relaxation, calming the nervous system, pain reduction, and improved whole-body well-being.
