Today we celebrate the women who keep the world moving, often while carrying more than anyone sees.
At TiredSole, we are proudly women-run, women-led, and powered by an incredible team of 24 nurses and admin who show up every day with strength, heart, compassion, and a level of dedication that deserves way more than one post.
These women are sweet, thoughtful, smart, hardworking, and strong as hell. They care deeply, work tirelessly, lift each other up, and somehow still keep showing up with grace, humour, and heart. That kind of strength is not loud for attention. It is steady, powerful, and impossible to ignore.
So today, I’m giving a huge shoutout to my team and to women everywhere. To the women who lead. To the women who nurture. To the women who fight through conflict, pressure, heartbreak, exhaustion, and still walk forward with their heads high and their pride intact.
You are extraordinary. You are powerful. You are the reason so much in this world keeps going.
And to the women of TiredSole, thank you for being the backbone, the brilliance, and the heartbeat of this business.

I wanted to reach out to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding care my son, Felipe, received at TiredSole Barrhaven earlier today. We were there about an hour ago for his third plantar wart treatment, and I’m very happy to share that he is now completely plantar-wart free.
I would especially like to acknowledge Lillian, the nurse who treated him. She was exceptional in every way. Her professionalism, patience, and kindness made each visit comfortable and reassuring for Felipe. Our Story

Come visit our NEW, high-end foot care clinic in the heart of Barrhaven. Our state-of-the-art clinic has Certified Compression and lymphedema fitters, foot care nurses and the ability to preform an ABPI reading with out the long wait times of the Acute care hospitals.

We provide many new cutting edge treatments for fungal nails, wart removal and other foot-related ailments. If you are suffering from foot pain, skin tags, toe-nail fungus, Plantar Fasciitis or Achilles Tendonitis, our Laser Light Therapy is the best treatment. We use the FOX 980 Laser—a revolutionary podiatry tool and proven effective over drug therapy. This non-invasive technique helps reduce pain and inflammation.

TiredSole is the only medical office in Ottawa that uses the FOX 980 Laser to treat foot conditions.

Foot care is performed by registered and insured nurses with over 20 years of experience. We use a state-of-the art autoclave machine to ensure proper sterilization of all tools and to diminish the risk of infection. We use gold standard infection control. Our ultrasonic cleaner loosens debris, we then pack each set of tools in individual sterile bags, put bags in the autoclave to become sterile to the point of use.Opened in front of each patient.
