FHO Position-Joining ASAP
Bank Medical Centre, is Seeking a full time family physician for an existing empty FHO spot with start date no later than June 2024. We are a group of 9 Physician, current afterhours requirements are of 5 evenings from 5pm-8pm and 1 Weekend/Saturday from 9am to 12pm (alternate shifts between all the Group Physicians).

Looking for a polite, courteous, team player to join our team!

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- greets and welcome patients and visitors in person or over the phone in polite etiquette- responds to inquiries by patients, prospective patients, and visitors in a courteous manner- book appointments and maintain physician's schedule

- registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics by collecting detailed patient information- facilitates patient flow by notifying the provider of patients' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff

- maintenance of medical office supplies, vaccine inventory and office equipment

- responsible for keeping the reception area clean and organized

- handles Insurance companies billings and paperwork

- assisting with preparing patients for their appointment when needed

Required education:

- College level degree or higher (will consider high school level or equivalent if has good experience)

Required experience:

Medical Receptionist: 1 year minimum
Must speak English fluently
Must have excellent Customer service and computer skills
Oscar EMR experience.
