What I ate today to stay lean and build muscle in the gym (as a nutritionist and personal trainer):

1-egg white and whole egg turkey scramble with avocado and a bagel
2-grapefruit
3- shake (l❤️ve the vanilla!)
4-shrimp,peas, rice, sweet potato and avocado
5- Greek yogurt bowl with frozen blueberries and my fave muesli by

Made by my beau and mostly bought where we buy 95% of our groceries
