Gluten and i had a nasty breakup years ago. Thanks to and .ca i was able to try out GluteGuard for free in exchange for sharing how it works for me. I was able to indulge in egg rolls for the first time in what seems like forever with zero side effects. The last time i was able to do that was while we were abroad in Vietnam. I am looking forward to keeping this in my travel bag and for those occasions where cross contamination might be a concern. Finally a solution that works.

Yes I have a great selection and I am opening up the Vault for this. Cookware, limited edition products, summer faves(as i had stocked up on those for my Events) and hidden gems from 23 years in business with them.(no none of the prducts i’m offering are that old). Parking is best done at the school down the street from where I live. Of note is that we are a dog and kitty freindly home so expect pet hair to be in attendance. Payments accepted will be etransfer, cash(preferred) and credit cards.

Slowly smoked pork shoulder for the win. This delicious pork shoulder was smoked in our Green Egg for over 8 hours. I saved all the pan drippings and turned them into a sublime dipping sauce. Sliced and served on buns(gluten free ones for me) with cheese and lots of sauce makes for a deeply satisfying meal.

A Buffalo Tomahawk steak this sublime deserves the very best seasonings. Jeff and I are thrilled to be affiliates for Gourmet Inspirations. A Canadian brand that elevates every dish it touches. We paired it with mango curry baked cauliflower. The steak is from Bearbrook Farms. Jeff knocked it out of the park. Even Artemis approved. (We let her nibble on the bone while we held it so it wouldnt become a choking hazard.). She is one spoiled pupper.

This compilation was the most played cassette tape for our dudes as babies. And the last song on the album is the one ive hummed to countless babies since then, as they drift off to dreamland in my arms. And if you’ve ever spent time with me and a baby, you know I’m a bit of a baby whisperer. Usually within minutes they are sound asleep in my arms. Not gonna lie, this one hurts a bit. This is the last order i placed before our world imploded and Epicure as we knew it, had closed their doors, and my Business. Products and a Business i had loved for over 23 years gone. And while i am so looking forward to my next chapter and am very positive Epicure in a new way will be a part of it, it still hits. So today i am going to take a deep breath. I will savour opening this box and all it contains and represents. Food. Family, friends that became Family. Dreams realized, goals set and met and gloriously lived. So many positives from that first box that arrived in much the same way on my doorstep over 23 years ago. Little did i know just how big an impact it would have. Thank you with the deepest of gratitude if in any way you were a part of my Epicure World. It matters. You matter and together we made a difference. I think i woke up today knowing change was in the air. The cardinals were singing to bring in the morning. When a door closes, no matter how hard it slams, turn around. This is the Universe preparing your life for a massive upgrade. Now to walk through the door….
