Our Pool Fitness class is one of the most refreshing ways our residents stay active, healthy, and connected! Exercising in the water is gentle on the joints while still providing excellent resistance to help build strength and improve balance.
The natural buoyancy of the water reduces strain on hips, knees, and backs, making movement more comfortable and enjoyable — especially for those with arthritis or mobility concerns. At the same time, water provides resistance that helps improve muscle tone, heart health, and overall endurance.
