We understand that these past few weeks of snow shovelling and removal may have been a bit strenuous for your bodies. We are excited to announce that Sharon Wallace, RMT will be joining our clinic starting Monday, February 24th. Sharon will be available for appointments on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Sundays, with plans to gradually increase her hours as demand grows. Here’s a little bit about Sharon:
"Originally from Scotland, I now call the beautiful woods of Chelsea, Quebec home, where I live with my husband and two teenage children. A recent graduate of Willis College’s intensive two-year fast-track program and a Reiki practitioner, I approach massage therapy with a holistic perspective, focusing on the deep connection between mind, body, and energy."

Sharon brings a compassionate and thoughtful approach to her practice, with a focus on chronic conditions and long-term relief. She takes pride in crafting personalized treatments that not only ease discomfort but also address the root causes of pain and tension. Sharon is passionate about supporting her clients on their healing journeys, and she is committed to continuing her learning and skill-building to provide the best care possible.

We are excited to announce that we are looking to expand our team at Élan Vital Massage Therapy in downtown Ottawa! Our clinic has been proudly serving the community for over 10 years, and due to the increasing demand for our services, we're now seeking a talented and motivated **RMT** to join us in 2025.

**About Élan Vital:**

Located at 162 Metcalfe Street, in a charming, quiet space, our clinic offers a peaceful and welcoming environment designed with both client comfort and therapist well-being in mind. We are just steps away from local amenities like Farm Boy and Rexall, and only a 7-10 minute walk from Parliament Station (LRT).

Our clinic is well-equipped with:

- A spacious, serene treatment room

- A hydraulic treatment table for comfort

- An online booking system to minimize administrative tasks

- Linen service and cleaning supplies (no need to worry about folding sheets!)

- Flexible scheduling options to suit your lifestyle

**Room Availability:**

We have room available during the following times:

- 2 full weekdays

- 2 Fridays per month

- 2 full weekends per month (perfect for those who enjoy the quieter pace of weekend work)

As our current therapists are fully booked, new clients will be directed to you, allowing you to build your practice quickly and organically.

**Compensation & Support:**

We believe in fair compensation and are open to discussing various arrangements (flat rate, percentage fee, sliding scale) to ensure we find what works best for both of us. As a seasoned RMT, I am passionate about mentoring new therapists and am happy to offer guidance to help you grow your practice, whether you're just starting or looking to supplement your existing hours.

- Is interested in supplementing current hours
