We are happy to share with you that Rhouri Shepherd, RMT has joined our group here at relax. Greenbank Massage.
Now that the end of year rush has ended, you will be able to find an appointment with Rhouri who offers evenings, weekend and day shifts. As well as being a massage therapist, he also has a degree in Kinesiology with an extended focus on myofascial, neuromuscular, trigger point and movement-oriented issues, he aims to limit pain and restore range of motion.

noise and massage don't always mix, but good roofs are important!

Our wonderful little mall is getting a new roof over the next two weeks, which might cause some noise (and maybe smell).

Enjoying your treatment time is our top priority, so please have some complimentary earbuds during your treatment or bring your own tunes for the session.

Our RMTs will tap you on your shoulder if they have questions during the treatment.

If you prefer to reschedule your session, your RMT or our admin will be happy to assist you!
