The Entry to School Program was created to help autistic children prepare for a successful transition to kindergarten or Grade 1. This is achieved through supporting skill development in six main areas within a group-based, half-day program implemented by a multidisciplinary team.

Narrative therapy is a powerful tool that centres people as the experts in their own lives. It views problems as separate from people and assumes people have many skills, capacities, beliefs, values and abilities that can be used to build a healthier, more balanced life.

Read about how our mental health team uses narrative therapy in our latest blog:

Our Mission

We believe that all children, youth and adults with autism, developmental delays or developmental disabilities should have access to evidenced based therapy to allow them to achieve their full potential. We also believe that parents are the experts on their children and that they should determine the evidence based therapy that best suits their child’s and family’s needs.
