Dear Valued Clients,

As you may be aware, a winter storm warning is currently in effect across the Ottawa area.

While we prioritize keeping the store open during scheduled business hours, the safety of our staff remains our top concern. We are actively monitoring the weather and if conditions on Feb 13th, 2025 create unsafe conditions for staff to travel to work or appointments, we may be offering reduces services and possibly close the store.

If you need to visit us at the store for any reason on Thursday Feb 13th, we ask that you call ahead of your arrival to ensure that we are here in to serve you.
