Mobility Junkie Mobility without stability is like having coffee without a mug....useless I sought out different therapies which gave me different levels of results. I was sold!

I have studied dance my whole life but took it to the next level when I studied Contemporary Dance at Concordia. I started performing in the professional milieu before I graduated, landing my first performance in a collaborative process between artists who are now known as Wants & Needs Dance and members of Arcade Fire. I have since danced with many companies with whom I travelled to many cities a

cross Canada, USA, Europe and Brazil. Those years of dance made me both in the greatest shape and also with the most injuries. None have made my body's structure and posture change as much as Structural Integration.
