Just like bees need healthy environments to thrive, children do too, especially safe, supportive relationships and steady routines.

Time in nature can help reduce stress, boost mood, and support emotional wellbeing for both kids and caregivers.

Try a 5-minute “noticing walk” today: name 3 things you see, 2 things you hear, and 1 thing you feel (like the sun, wind, or the ground under your feet).

Even small moments outside, like watching bees in the garden, can make a big difference.

If you need support, our team is here to help.

Big emotions are a normal part of growing up, but knowing how to respond can make all the difference.

1. Stay calm and present
Your child borrows your calm. Get down to their level, use a soft voice, and let them know you’re there.

2. Name the feeling
“You look really frustrated” or “That was disappointing, hey?” Helping kids label emotions helps them understand and manage them.

3. Co-regulate before problem-solving
Connection first, solutions later. Offer a hug, sit together, or take a few deep breaths before talking it through.

Every moment of support helps build lifelong emotional regulation skills for your child.

If you’re looking for extra support, you can always reach out to our team, we’re here to help.
