We are very happy to be celebrating our 12th year this August!

Thank you to our extraordinary team of physiotherapists, our clients who have supported us for so many years, our landlords, the Frontline Credit Union, and to our admin support- Natalie, Vanessa, Jeff, and our receptionists. The clinic wouldn’t be here without you all!

This webinar is for everyone with a pelvic floor!
For kids, teens, adults and seniors and for all genders.
Find out more about exercises to release tension in your pelvic floor, to tone, coordinate and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, as well as healthy bladder and bowel habits, pessaries, and other posture and breathing strategies that can improve your pelvic health.
