Love Your Body Fitness is a gym located in the heart of Westboro in Ottawa. The owner of the gym Kate Laird has been a personal trainer and running Mommy Bootcamps since 2006. The gym is an inclusive space where people of all fitness backgrounds can feel welcomed and encouraged to meet their fitness and wellness goals. Our personal training and group fitness approach to fitness includes cross-trai

ning, functional fitness, and HIIT. Every day we have in-person fitness classes, as well as online classes that you can participate in from anywhere. Love Your Body fitness is known for their Mommy Bootcamps where you can bring your children so that you can get your workout in while your kids play.
