Since graduating in 2013 from the International Academy of Massage, I have additionally been trained Your wellness is my main goal!

I am a passionate registered massage therapist who enjoys incorporating different techniques into my treatments like Myo-Fascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and PNF stretching. With me you can relax and enjoy a therapeutic and/or Swedish massage. This past year I had the opportunity to pursue my interest in sport fitness and recovery by becoming certified in ART for lower extremity and spine.

Whether you lift weights or spend too much time sitting, ART is a very effective tool for healing and pain management.

In short, ART allows me to find the injuries root cause, and treat it from the source and outwards. I can introduce ART in my treatment session or you can come simply for ART.
