Feb 26 - Tonight’s Class Cancelled
Hi everyone! I’m feeling under the weather with a sore throat/laryngitis, so tonight’s class won’t be happening.
Important: All future classes remain on schedule. I’ll see you next Wednesday, and I’ll be adding an extra class to make up for tonight!

Welcome to Biodanza Ottawa – Alana!

I’m Alana, a Biodanza facilitator-trainee training under the supervision of The Biodanza School of Montreal and Southwestern Quebec.

Join me on Wednesdays to explore movement, music, and connection. Classes are guided in English and open to all. No experience needed.

This group offers a welcoming space to explore Biodanza, whether you’re discovering it for the first time or continuing your journey.

Step into the dance, at your own rhythm.
