Hi Friends!
Quick update to let you know we will have reduced studio hours over the next two weeks. As much as I would love to spend March Break in the studio creating together, we are going south for some much needed family time. 🌞

The good news is, Jurgita will still be hosting a few workshops on:

March 15 & 16
March 21 & 22

Spots are limited, so if a workshop fills up, feel free to email us to join the waitlist and we’ll let you know if a spot opens up.

I hope you are able to create the time to slow down and reset for the Spring season ahead.

Creative Studio Time is now $45 per person and includes 2 full hours in the studio, all materials, light guidance, and complimentary tea.

Create with Intention

My name is Ginny and I am so pleased you found your way here! I am a third generation Floridian who married a hockey loving Canadian guy! We live in Stittsville, Ontario with our two incredible children.

I am a teacher, aromatherapist, and mental health advocate with a passion for creativity and connection. As a woman living in recovery, I believe in holistic remedies to stay calm and centered; I find essential oils have a direct impact on my emotions and well being! Many of the chemical properties in essential oils support anxiety, boost mood, and promote wellness within me.

Cup of Intention products and workshops were created as a way to share the therapeutic benefits of working with oils as well as connecting with the community. My hope is that each workshop inspires you to come into the moment and Create with Intention in your own life!

*Cup of Intention aromatherapy candles are lightly scented with pure essential oils, free of fragrance, synthetics or fillers. Our candles offer a subtle diffusion of plant based molecules, ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy healing benefits of essential oils with the ambiance of a candle.
