We've been saying it and doing it for years. Exercise IS medicine especially for osteoarthritis and there is science supporting it! Our GLAD Canada program for hip or knee arthritis is a great way to learn how to have less pain and do the things you love to do!

2025 was our 15th year in business! We celebrated the big anniversary with style in May. The rest of 2025 was one of our best years seeing more clients, expanding our GLAD program and welcoming new team members. Thank you to our community for the continued support and trust you put in us when you are injured and in pain.
We also said goodbye to a couple of team members as they went off far and wide on new adventures! We worked on a big project which is about to burst on the scene in 2026 - new logo yes for sure but much more to come. Stay tuned.
