My Cumberland Ontario office/studio is officially closed. I will resume business once I am settled in Pemberton, British Columbia.
I will dearly miss all who have been part of my life in the Ottawa region over the last 20 years. Each and everyone of you have had a precious impact on my life. For that, I am eternally grateful.
So many great adventures await each of us. Let's enjoy every moment.

Happy Canada Day!

I am taking Canada Day off to enjoy celebrating our great land and all of the great people that live here.
After a tough 2 months dealing with health glitches, a concussion and whiplash I have finally progressed to a point that I can get out and play without massive restrictions. I intend to soak in all of the fun on the pickleball courts, hang out at Petrie Island and socialize with friends all day.
I hope that you are able to get out and celebrate Canada Day in the way that you enjoy.
I look forward to our next session together.

MOBILITY - Mindful movement class
Monday 6:00-7:00pm

Wednesday 3:30-4:30pm

Register for 1 class or all of the classes.
Once you register I will send you an invoice.

$ Cost per class will depend on how many classes you select.

1-10 classes are $18.00 per class

11+ classes are $15.00 per class

If you are currently struggling with painful, restricted mobility you may want to consider working one-on-one with me for a few weeks or months before you jump into a class setting. Private sessions are always a game changer.
