After a lot of planning (and a little construction chaos), our podiatry office has officially been renovated! New floors, a new layout, a refreshed design — all with your comfort, flow and overall experience in mind.

I’m running the london marathon for more than distance or time, I’m running for possibility.
I’m raising money for Outward Bound, a charity that gives young people life-changing experiences through outdoor challenges. They help children discover strength they didn’t know they had, confidence they can carry forever and a sense of belonging in the world beyond screens and walls.
This matters deeply to me. I want my boys and every child to grow up knowing that adventure isn’t something reserved for a lucky few. It can start on a hillside, in a forest, or right outside their front door. Exploration builds courage. Nature teaches resilience. And experiences like these can shape a child’s entire future.
Every donation helps give a child the chance to explore, to believe in themselves and to realise the world is bigger and brighter than they ever imagined.

I’m currently attending the Royal Podiatry Conference in Glasgow and being here is a real reminder of just how essential events like these are for our profession.
Conferences aren’t just dates on the calendar they’re catalysts for learning, growth, and connection that you simply can’t replicate anywhere else.
What’s especially clear to me is how deeply this continuous learning impacts the care we provide to our patients. Every session, discussion, and workshop ultimately helps us deliver safer, more effective, and more innovative treatment. When we invest in our own development, we directly invest in better outcomes for the people who rely on us.
The knowledge gained, skills strengthened, and connections built here are invaluable, not just for individual practitioners, but for the advancement of our entire profession. These moments of shared learning elevate our standards, challenge our thinking and ensure we’re always working with the most current, evidence-based approaches.
I’m grateful to be here, learning, connecting, and contributing to a stronger future for podiatry and a higher standard of care for our patients.
