We had fun practicing old people yoga lol. That is what my 5 year old Grandson called it. Then he said let’s do some kid yoga and we had so much fun, please check the next post if you are home with a 3-5 year old.

One of our family traditions is to watch “White Christmas” and every year I see or hear something different than the year before. This year the song “Count your blessings (instead of sheep)” Irving Berlin was a gentle reminder when experiencing sleepless nights to replace negative thoughts with counting your blessings or what you are grateful for. I am planning to give this a try, I hope you will too.
