Big shoutout to Chris — this is what consistency looks like.

Since December, he’s been showing up 2–4x per week and putting in the work — no matter what life throws at him.

The result?
8.5 inches off his waist and a complete shift toward healthier, sustainable habits.

But more importantly — he’s built a routine, found a great group of people, and created something he actually enjoys showing up for.
