A very special moment took place at NB Social Pediatrics ’ recent Rosy Cheeks Fundraiser.

Scholarship recipient and third-year medical student Sam Arseneau attended the event with his partner and happened to meet Mr. Donald Mitchener, a member of the NB Social Pediatrics Board of Directors.

Earlier this year, Sam was named the recipient of the Don and Jane Mitchener Medical Education Scholarship.

What a meaningful moment of connection and community!

We know these are uncertain times, and we don’t take your support for granted.

Healthcare isn’t something we can put on hold until things feel more stable. It’s a constant need, and investing in medical education is one of the surest ways to build a stronger, more resilient system for the future.

Thank you for continuing to stand with us, and with the health of New Brunswickers, when it matters most. 💙
