Urinary tract infections (UTIs) can be uncomfortable, but the good news is there are simple, science-backed ways to reduce your risk.

Here's what you can do:
1. Stay Hydrated 💧Drinking adequate fluid will help maintain healthy urinary function.
2. Urinate Regularly 🚽 Don’t hold it in! Urinating regularly helps decrease your UTI risk and improves your bladder health.
3. Wipe Front to Back 🚻 This simple habit helps prevent bacteria from entering the urethra.
4. Avoid Irritating Products 🚫 Skip scented soaps or powders that can irritate your urinary tract and increase infection risk.
5. Cranberry Supplements 🍒 Cranberries contain proanthocyanidins that stop E. coli from sticking to the bladder walls. Studies show they can reduce UTI recurrence!
6. Probiotics 🦠 Probiotics help balance good bacteria, which acts as a defense against harmful pathogens.
7. D-Mannose - This natural sugar helps block bacteria from sticking to the urinary tract. Some studies suggest it can reduce UTIs just as well as antibiotics!

✨ Prevention is key—by following these tips, you can help reduce your risk of UTIs and keep your urinary system healthy!
