September is here, and we can definitely feel that fall chill in the air. It’s time for getting back into fall clean-up, back to school, back to reality, which includes feeling those sore and achy muscles.

As the weather starts to get nicer, we start moving into spring cleaning, yard clean up, and indulging in some amazing outdoor activities, and our muscles start paying the price. A regularly scheduled massage can be beneficial to keeping you active this summer.
