The short answer is NO, you do not require a referral to access any of our services, including chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy, or dietitian services 🙅

Anyone can access these services!

If you are using private health insurance to cover the cost, in some cases a medical doctor’s referral is required for massage therapy 🗒️

If you are unsure if you will need a doctor’s note for your insurance, contact your provider and get the details from them ☎️
