Rob Moir for Saint John MP

Rob Moir for Saint John MP Rob Moir is a husband and father of three. Outside of work, Rob serves as a Cub Leader, a Chapel Warden, and community volunteer.

An economist at the University of New Brunswick in Saint John, Rob is also the past-President of the Atlantic Canada Economics Association. Rob firmly believes that his role as an academic should involve public service so he has been involved in a number of advocacy groups including the Friends of Rockwood Park, the Quality of Life Initiative, and the Friends of Kingston Peninsula. Locally, Rob is

a member of the Urban and Community Studies Institute and the New Brunswick Social Policy Research Network and a frequent contributor to the Opinions section of the provincial newspaper.
