Sprains & Strains
Sprains, strains, and other pains. These injuries are the most common and symptoms will vary depending on your activities and your current physical condition. Sprains and strains are sometimes confused and used interchangeably. A sprain is an injury to the ligament that is stretched or torn. A strain is an injury to the muscle or tendon that is overstretched or torn.
