Dalhousie Medicine New Brunswick (DMNB)

Dalhousie Medicine New Brunswick (DMNB) Improving the health of New Brunswickers through medical education and research. The program admits 30 students from New Brunswick each year.

Dalhousie Medicine New Brunswick (DMNB) is an innovative program that provides New Brunswick students with the opportunity to attend medical school in their home province. It is an expansion of Dalhousie University’s Faculty of Medicine. This distributed program brings Dalhousie’s internationally recognized reputation and research to the development of New Brunswick’s next generation of physicians. DMNB is a partnership with the Government of New Brunswick, the University of New Brunswick (UNB) and Dalhousie’s Faculty of Medicine. In their first two years students attend classes in Saint John – and in their final two years they willl fan out across the province to complete their clerkships in Moncton, Woodstock, Fredericton and Miramichi as well as in Saint John. This page is a place for discussing news, events and life at DMNB. We welcome comments and shared links from our community, but ask that users be respectful of one another. We reserve the right to remove posts that are using this space to solicit, spam or otherwise use this community to promote endeavours unrelated to Dalhousie. While we try and answer questions that are raised, we cannot respond to particulars in most cases, such as the status of someone's admission to the university. For specific enquiries with regards to admission, please contact admissions@dal.ca.
