It is possible to have a joyous holiday season, but it is also possible to feel stressed or under pressure. It is important to slow down when needed, keep simple routines, set boundaries around time and money, stay connected in ways that feel safe, and check in with your emotions. Make sure you do what supports your well-being during the holiday season.
