North End Wellness Centre

North End Wellness Centre The NEW-C is a community health and wellness center for individuals and families living in Anglin Drive, Crescent Valley and the Old North End.

The North End Wellness Centre is a satellite of St Joseph’s Community Health Centre and a pilot for an integrated and neighbourhood-based model of care. The NEW-C health team includes two Nurse Practitioners, a Community Development Nurse, Community Connector, administrative support and access to a dietitian, Occupational Therapist, Mental Health and Addiction worker, Certified Diabetes Educator,

social worker and pharmacist. Residents are seen by appointment only. The NEW-C’s team is committed to working together with diverse community and government partners to ensure access to primary care for the residents of North End.
