🌿 A Glimpse Into My Life Behind the Scenes 🌿

People often ask how I stay grounded and balanced when I spend so much of my time helping others find their calm — and the truth is, I have to practice what I teach.

Some days, it looks like quiet mornings with my journal, a hot cup of tea, and music that matches my mood. Other days, it’s stepping outside barefoot, breathing in fresh air, and reconnecting with the earth beneath me.

Sometimes my “days off” are still about learning — diving into a new course, answering client questions, or researching something someone asked that sparked my curiosity. And other times, it’s simply getting away — taking a little trip to fill my cup and come back refreshed, inspired, and ready to serve again.

These small rituals remind me that healing and growth are lifelong journeys, and even as a coach and practitioner, I’m still on mine too. 🌸
