Congratulations Dr. Scott Bagnell💙

On October 23, we will be inducting Scott Bagnell into the Dalhousie Sport Hall of Fame!

Three-time AUS men’s volleyball most valuable player, Bagnell had an accomplished five-year career at Dalhousie. The setter not only won awards but graduated with two degrees and played his final year of eligibility while in medical school.

Captain of the team, Bagnell was a three-time Dalhousie men’s volleyball team MVP, and finished off his fifth year as a Howard Mackie Award and a James Bayer Memorial Scholarship award winner.

Outside of Dal, Bagnell went on to become a urologist, completing his residency at Dalhousie and Uro-oncology fellowship at the University of Toronto. Now practicing in Saint John, New Brunswick, Scott is still an active coach at the middle school and high school level in the Rothesay community.
