Apple Pie Protein Oatmeal😋👇

INGREDIENTS:
2 - Apples, peeled & diced
1 Cup - Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup - Simply SantĂŠ Whey Protein
1 Tsp - Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp - Pumpkin spice
1/2 Tsp - Salt
1/2 Cup - Unsweetened applesauce
3 Cup - Milk of choice
1/2 Cup - 100% Maple Syrup

DIRECTIONS:
1) Add all of the ingredients to the crockpot. Cover and cook on low 6-9 hours, or on high for 4-5 hours.

2) Stir just before serving to blend everything together.

3) Enjoy topped with cinnamon, maple syrup, and nuts if you desire!

Chill leftovers for the rest of the week!

🧠 Still doing “everything right” and not losing weight? Read this.

You eat clean, train hard, maybe even gave up wine (for a bit 😉)… yet the scale barely moves.

Sound familiar? It’s not your age. It’s not your willpower. It’s your chemistry.

Your metabolism and hormones have likely shifted and no amount of diet or exercise can fix what you don’t see.

Now, here’s where things get interesting… Most physicians will only run the most basic tests and often miss the bigger picture. The next time you visit, maybe try bringing a set of Q-tips so they can finally clean their ears and listen to you once and for all. 😄

All you’re asking for is to see what’s wrong with your body, right? And over and over, you hear “you’re fine.” Now, I’m not putting all doctors in the same basket — there are great ones out there. Happy Halloween!!!👻🎃

Try this recipe to keep you on track this Halloween. It's a hauntingly good way to stay true to your health goals without missing out on the fun!

INGREDIENTS:
3.5 oz - Dark organic chocolate 85%
2 Tbsp - Almond butter
1 Tbsp - Organic honey
1/2 Tsp - Himalayan salt

DIRECTIONS
1) Melt 1.5oz. chocolate in the microwave or a double boiler and pour into muffin liners. Use a spoon to push the chocolate around the edge of each cup. Put the tray in the freezer.

2) Mix the almond butter and honey (just a few minutes will do). Put a little glob of the almond butter mixture in the middle of each chocolate & put the tray back in the freezer for a few minutes while you melt the rest of the chocolate.

3) Pour the rest of the chocolate over the top of the almond butter glob and put the tray back in the freezer. Just as the chocolate is hardening up but not quite there yet, take the tray out and sprinkle a few grains of Himalayan salt on each cup for a garnish.
