This March, during National Children’s Dental Health Month, we’re raising awareness about the growing number of children in New Brunswick waiting far too long for medically necessary pediatric dental surgery.

Limited access to operating room time means many children are experiencing prolonged pain, infection, and missed school. We’re calling on the Government of New Brunswick to formally recognize pediatric dentistry in hospital surgical planning and provide dedicated, consistent operating room time so children can receive care when they need it.
