I often describe therapy like building a LEGO tower🧩💫

Sometimes the tower we’ve built — the way we’ve learned to cope, react, or protect ourselves — starts to feel a little wobbly or no longer fits.

So, we take it apart 🔧 Because only by pulling it apart can we figure out which pieces still work, which ones we’ve outgrown, and how to rebuild something stronger, more stable, and better suited to who we’re becoming💪✨
