Since 2006, the Canada East Spine Centre has provided a focused spine program based at the Saint John Regional Hospital. This is a combined effort involving the departments of Orthopaedic Surgery, Neurosurgery, and Rehabilitation Medicine. The group works collaboratively to optimize patient care through peri-operative decision making, equipment acquisition, resource allocation, education, and research. Today the Canada East Spine Centre team is taking part in the 'Orthopaedic Invitational Charity Golf Tournament' to raise funds for orthopaedic programs and equipment in the Saint John region.
