Summertime is here—when your backyard turns into a jungle and you heroically fire up the ol’ whipper snipper. But before you declare war on those weeds, your back wants to have a word:

🌀 Warm Up Like a Warrior – Stretch before you snip. Think of it as yoga, but with more mosquitoes.

🧍‍♂️ Stand Tall, Trim Smart – Hunching over like Gollum might get the job done faster, but your spine will file a complaint.

🎒 Use the Strap, Be a Pro – It’s not just there for decoration. Adjust it so you’re not carrying that beast like a sack of potatoes.

⏱️ Breaks = Not Weakness – You’re trimming, not training for the Olympics. Rest every 20-30 minutes before your back turns into a pretzel.
